A belief, not a company bio
Talent is equally distributed
across India.Opportunity isn't.
A student's college should not decide the quality of opportunities they receive. We built Nishchit because we believe that.

The problem at national scale
India's engineering talent crisis isn't about talent.
Every year, millions of engineering students graduate across India. Most receive no structured industry guidance. The gap between a B.Tech syllabus and a real software job has widened every single year.
Engineering graduates annually
The supply of talent is enormous. The pipeline to convert that talent into hireable engineers is broken.
Employability rate in tech
Industry studies consistently show most graduates lack the practical skills recruiters actually test for.
Colleges bear the heaviest cost
Students outside metro campuses receive the least mentorship, fewest recruiter visits, and the lowest placement rates.
Industry referrals for most
Without networks, referrals, or exposure to how top companies actually hire — ambition alone is not enough.
Students learn compilers but not version control. They're tested on theory but never asked to ship. And when placement season arrives, they're measured against problems they've never seen, by recruiters they've never spoken to.
Our response
Nishchit was built to close that gap.
A ground-up rebuild of what career-tech should look like for the student who wasn't born into the right zip code.
- Real curriculum, reverse-engineered from hiring loops
- Mentors who’ve held the roles they teach to
- Projects that live on GitHub for recruiters to open
Not with shortcuts. Not with recorded lectures you'll never finish. Not with a certificate that proves nothing to a hiring manager.
With structure. Real curriculum reverse-engineered from actual hiring loops. Real mentors who've held the job descriptions they teach to. Real projects that live on GitHub for recruiters to open.
We didn't build another course library. We built the placement cell that every engineering student deserved but rarely had — especially those outside the top-tier campuses.
Nishchit's positioning is specific: career acceleration for overlooked students. That is not a tagline. It is the constraint every product decision must pass through.
Our mission
“We're not building another course library. We're building the placement cell every student deserved but never had.”
The operating model
Four systems. One outcome: the offer.
Nishchit isn't a course. It's a tightly engineered pipeline that turns a curious second-year into a hire-ready engineer.
Curriculum that hires
Every track is reverse-engineered from real hiring loops at top product companies. We teach what gets the offer — not what's in the textbook.
Mentor-led cohorts
Small batches. Live sessions with engineers from Google, Microsoft, Razorpay, and other top product companies. Doubts resolved in hours, not days.
Project lab
Theory without practice is noise. Every cohort ships at least three production-grade projects — code reviewed, deployed, and pushed to GitHub for recruiters to see.
Career engine
Resume reviews, mock interviews, DSA sprints, and direct referrals through our 150+ hiring partner network. We stay until the offer lands.
Trust before storytelling
The outcomes speak.
We don't ask you to take our word for it. Here's what five thousand students later looks like.

What we believe
Principles behind every decision we make.
These aren't values on a poster. They're the rules we return to whenever a hard product decision lands on the table.
Outcomes are the only metric
We don't measure by content shipped or features launched. We measure by offers students walk away with.
Mentorship cannot be automated
A bot answers a question. Only a senior engineer who's sat in the same chair can answer the question behind the question.
Practice beats theory, always
Every concept on Nishchit is paired with a problem to solve, something to build, or a system to design.
Access shouldn't depend on geography
A student in a Tier-3 college deserves the same mentorship quality as one in a metro. We design for that student first.
Honesty before hype
If a track isn't right for you, we'll say so. If placement rate is 60%, we'll publish 60%. Trust compounds.
Students are collaborators, not customers
Every feature we ship is shaped by feedback from the cohort that came before. Students build Nishchit alongside us.

Incubated
Under the ecosystem of one of India's premier technical institutions.
Nishchit operates under the ecosystem of one of India's premier technical institutions. This gives our research-driven curriculum academic rigor, and our students access to entrepreneurial mentorship that would otherwise take years to build.
This isn't just a badge. It's a commitment to quality that an institute like IIT Ropar stakes its name on.

The people behind it
Built by engineers who've been on both sides.
Sanchit and Nitish didn't come from academia. They came from inside the industry — and left to fix what they saw was broken.
Sanchit Aggarwal
Co-founder · Nishchit
Former Software Developer. Sanchit spent his early career writing production code before realising that the skill gap between college and industry wasn't a talent problem — it was a guidance problem. He built Nishchit to give every ambitious student the structured path he had to figure out alone.

Nitish Kumar
Co-founder · Nishchit
Former Software Developer. Nitish left a stable engineering role to co-found Nishchit after watching capable peers from Tier-2 colleges get filtered out by hiring loops they'd never been prepared for. His conviction: the interview is a skill, not a lottery — and it can be taught.

When we left our jobs to build Nishchit, we made one promise to ourselves: we'd build the platform we wished existed when we were in college. No fluff, no upsells, no fake guarantees — just a clear path from where a student is today to where they want to be in two years. Five thousand students later, that promise still drives every line of code we ship, every cohort we run, and every email we send.

Where we're going
We envision a future where a student's career is determined by ambition and effort — not by geography, college brand, or access to guidance.
This is not a product roadmap. It is a movement. And if you are a student who refuses to let your college define your ceiling — you already belong here.
